Firearms training is inherently dangerous. At Black Eagle Range we minimize these dangers by adhering to strict rules and policies to protect our staff and our students.
All students must sign a Range Waiver Agreement.
All students must agree to follow all safety rules and instructions of the Range Officers and the Range Master.

We stress SAFETY FIRST!
At Black Eagle Range we use a three-strike system.
Minor safety violations: If a student receives three warnings for minor safety violations the Range Master will remove the student from the firing line and counsel the student. This may result in the student being dismissed from training for unsafe conduct. The decision to keep and remediate the student or dismiss the student is up to the Range Master!
If a student is dismissed there will be NO REFUND of course fees.
Major Safety violations: Major safety violations require immediate removal from training! The student forfeits all funds paid for training.
Examples of violations:
Minor- Student keeps his or her finger on the trigger while allowing the weapon to come off target. (returning to the low ready with there finger on the trigger)
Major- Student has a negligent discharge. (ND)
ANY VIOLATION OF THE 4 UNIVERSAL SAFETY RULES! These rules apply in the classroom as well as on the range!
NOTE: These terms and conditions are NOT meant to discourage or deter a student from training. We must provide a safe environment for training to be effective. We must manage the risk of firearms incidents. The only way to achieve this is all must understand the safety rules and follow them to the letter!
